GIBA appoints first female Chair and new Deputy Chair

The Guernsey International Business Association has announced the appointment of Joanne Peacegood as its new Chair and Helen Wyatt as Deputy Chair. Joanne becomes the first woman to take up the role of Chair in GIBA’s 44 year history. Paul Sykes, GIBA’s outgoing Chair, steps down following his two years in the role but will remain a Council Member.

Support for maintaining funding at current level for Independent Colleges

The Guernsey International Business Association (GIBA) has issued a statement outlining its support for the proposition put forward by Blanchelande College, Elizabeth College and The Ladies’ College to maintain funding at the current level, adjusted annually by RPIX.
