According to a recent report by Frontier Economics, Guernsey’s financial services industry also provides significant value to the UK economy. The findings also show how Guernsey’s financial services expertiseis aligned with several UK policy priorities such as the transition to net zero, infrastructure funding and regional investment.

 

Sustainable finance

Guernsey is recognised globally for its commitment to green and sustainable financial initiatives.

As part of these efforts, the Guernsey Sustainable Funds Framework provides investors with trusted, transparent and compliant investment vehicles that specifically focus on sustainable and environmentally positive initiatives.

The framework aims to support projects that promote conservation, sustainable resource management and environmental protection.

The two funds within this framework are the Natural Capital Fund and the Guernsey Green Fund. They contribute to global efforts in addressing climate change and environmental sustainability.
